• Can I bring a pet?

  Unfortunately not. Our accommodations are anti-allergen and therefore completely pet-free.
• Is smoking allowed?

  No, all accommodations are smoke-free — including the balcony and terrace.
• Is it suitable for children or babies?

  Our accommodations are not equipped for babies or young children. Maximum 2 adult guests per accommodation.
• How do I get to Texel?

  By car via the N9 to Den Helder and then the TESO ferry. The crossing takes 20 minutes. Reserve your ferry ticket in advance to avoid queues.
• Is parking free?

  Yes, each accommodation has a dedicated parking spot for 1 car on the premises. An EV charging point is available (for a fee).
• What's included in the price?

  Bed linen (made up on arrival), bath towels, beach towels and kitchen textiles. Cleaning fee of €65 per stay is included. Tourist tax (€2.60 per person per night) is settled separately on arrival.
• How far is the beach?

  Just 500 metres walking distance to two sandy beaches on the Wadden Sea. Their shallow depth and gentle current make them perfect for swimming, SUP, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
• Can I book for less than a week?

  In the summer season we rent for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Multiple consecutive weeks are also possible. Outside high season you can contact us via MyTourist for shorter stays.
• What is the wifi speed?

  Fiber-optic wifi with around 39 Mbps download. Plenty for streaming, video calls and remote work.
